Terms & Conditions:
15% restocking fee on accepted returns. No return is accepted due to customer changed his mind. If a return has been accepted by CDT Audio management the customer must ship the item(s) back in the original and undamaged packaging. Freight for returned item(s) must be pre-paid.
CDT Audio does not issue return labels. Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange only. Please fill out warranty claim form on our home web page to obtain a returnauthorization number for defective products.
Products returned without a valid RA number will not be accepted. Items replaced for warranty at a dealer without CDT’s authorization for warranty replacement will not later be replaced for warranty. Dealer extended warranty programs to consumers will not be accepted and honored by CDT Audio.
