Before you purchase a CDT Audio product, (there are sites that claim they are authorized by CDT Audio but they are NOT!!), please contact us by email to check that the dealer you are considering buying from is truly authorized to sell CDT goods. Please be aware that you will have full factory warranty and support ONLY if you buy from an authorized store! CDT goods purchased from an un-authorized store will NOT carry the factory warranty or factory tech support.
Warranty will ONLY be issued by CDT Audio factory after sales are completed and your sales receipt from an “AUTHORIZED” dealer is mailed to CDT Audio for warranty validation.
